No more ugly nails in your photos

If you are like me, I am not consistent with getting my nails done. I naturally have long, strong nails, so I don't need to get them done.

I usually wear clear polish or if I do paint them I love the Opi brand polish or get the dip powder to have the polish last longer.

But what do you do when you want to add a human touch to your photos, such as holding a cupcake or an action move that looks like you are grabbing a treat from the table?  Are your nails done and polished to make their debut on camera?

Just as it is vital to have becautiful photos with a clean scene, it is true to have neatly groomed hands/manicures if you are adding your hands in the picture.

Of course, you can go to the nail salon and get them done, or you can paint them yourself and wait for them to dry, but that takes time.

A quick, simple, and easy solution are to invest in a set of press-on-nails.

Now hear me out.  Back in the day, the press-on-nails were not cute at all.  But nowadays they are so pretty.  You can purchase them directly from a beauty supply store, Walmart, Target, even the Dollar Tree.  If you want to get fancy, you can have your favorite nail tech make you a set.  The possibilities are endless.

Oh, and did I mention putting them on is a breeze? Yes indeed.  All you need are glue dots.

Glue dots are typically used for scrapbooking/paper projects.  However, I use them on my nails to adhear the press-on-nails.  The glue dots do not damage your natural nail or the press-on nails.  It allows you to use the press-on-nails over and over again.

I like to (because I'm extra) match my press-on-nails to match the scene I'm creating.  Take, for example, these Halloween press-on-nails from Kiss.  They match my cupcakes perfectly. In addition, it helps tie in the overall look and feel of the photo.

I would also recommend getting something similar to a french tip press-on-nail to always have a natural professional look.  But by all means, step outside the box and live on the edge with designs.

Tell me below in the comments, was this tip helpful? Do you get your nails done regularly? If so, what is your go-to color, style, and design? Do you like pointy nails, round nails, square nails?

Note:  To leave a comment, you have to provide your email address and name.  I will not send you spam mail, but you providing this info allows me to know who you are and send you emails and special promotions as they occur.

Thank you for taking the time to talk to me!
